I’m Tatiana, the creator of Colourful Island!
I’ve been knitting since I was 8 years old and also developed a love for sewing, crocheting, and cross stitching when I was young.
Flash forward a few years (ok, decades!), and I am proud to call myself a professional craftsperson. I confess to having an addiction to textiles and also get great pleasure from seeing my customers light up when they see my creations.
Originally from Russia, I moved to Canada with my family in 2014. We chose Prince Edward Island (PEI) because it is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world. It was the best decision of our lives.
I’m honored to be listed as a professional member of the PEI Craft Council and grateful to be part of such a bright and talented community of artists, makers, and crafters on PEI.
The Island is my happy place. It means so much to me to be able to share my love for this warm and wonderful Island through my craft, so people can take a piece of happiness home with them
